By accessing and using the NGMA Bot and Dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. This Service is available to public Discord servers and their administrators.

2. Authorized Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for legitimate management and community purposes, including:

• Managing support tickets and community interactions.
• Configuring server settings and moderation tools.
• viewing server analytics and logs.

Any misuse of the Service, including attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, spamming the API, or violating Discord's Terms of Service, will result in immediate termination of access.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord and Roblox account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We typically verify identity via OAuth2; ensure your Discord account is secure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the NGMA Bot Team. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the NGMA Bot Team, nor its developers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
